Probably the biggest mistake many people make is fishing with the wrong bait at the beach. You really need to know what the targeted species are eating and what the best bait to use to match the natural action is. Just because there is mullet doesnt mean the Snook or Tarpon are eating that, they could be in lazy mode feeding on pilchard.
