Happy Bait. Decent sized pods all over Fort Lauderdale Beach and wouldnt you know it, Im not there 1 minute and I see a Happy Baiter getting hassled by lifeguards. County Law, State Law, whats the difference!? There is fishing in the Bible so I say we need to claim its our religion to fish the beach at noon. What say you? RTD
