Tarpon Fishing with Captain Jeff and Mitchell scouting the river and it totally sucks

First week of December and the fishing is tough. Everything is tough, baits tough, you see how bad we struggled to get small baits. The regular mullet were decent insurance bait but they really werent what we need to catch those small tarpon, plus we were way over geared with the 20lb class tackle.
